Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradePulse's website and dashboard (together, the "Service"), operated by TradePulse ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

TradePulse provides a dashboard displaying market data, technical indicators, and algorithmically generated trading signals (including suggested entry, take-profit, stop-loss, win-probability estimates, and leverage suggestions) across crypto, forex, commodities, and stock markets.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. See our Risk Disclaimer for important information about the limitations of this Service.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, and to keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account, except as explicitly permitted under a Team plan.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Plans

TradePulse offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently "Pro" and "Team"), each available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Yearly billing is offered at a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.

Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your full payment card details.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. If we change the price of your plan, we will provide notice before the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Cancellations & refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we (or our payment processor) may retry the charge and/or notify you to update your payment method. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account to the Free plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and data
• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or signals to third parties without our written permission
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service beyond normal interactive use, except where an API is explicitly provided
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TradePulse is not a licensed broker, financial advisor, or investment manager. Trading signals, win-probability scores, and suggested leverage are generated by automated technical-analysis models and are statistical in nature — they are not guarantees or predictions of future performance.

You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Please review our Risk Disclaimer for further detail.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, simulated, interrupted, or inaccurate due to factors outside our control, including third-party data provider outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradePulse is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
